    Peat sometimes mentioned it as being good, while others say it raises prolactin and therefore it's bad.
    Since serotonin is used up to produce melatonin I assume it's good produce more enogenously, but how about supplements?

      @FTMarinetti I’m experimenting. I’ve been taking 1mg before bed for the past month. I don’t know if that’s the reason, but I’ve been feeling amazing, better than I have in years.

      I’m going to try 3mg for awhile. I have some 60mg capsules to try, there are reasons to take that much for remedial situations.

          @FTMarinetti i monitor them all the time. I carry a thermometer ij my pocket. I don't do HR as often but I do measure it.

              @max thanks for that, very interesting.

              There is a difference between taking 1mg and 20mg, but I might go for 20mg if I was going through some procedure where melatonin is protective, and there is evidence for that in for instance radiation therapy.
