    Parasites contribute to many health problems, including metabolic, mental and autoimmune diseases. Could the metabolic effects of the parasite actually cause us to fail to progress at many points?

    When I assessed patients for parasites in my practice, I deeply realized that parasites were a bigger problem than we thought.

    So I am using ivermectin/albendazole combination binders and laxatives for treatment. Does anyone have any suggestions, experience or protocols for complete parasite removal?

    Maybe we can use Ray's insights to come up with a combination.

    Thanks

      @ser1s4e Ray advised against the use of ivermectin as it was shown to cause permanent brain damage in a percentage of participants of a study, he said this in an episode of Generative Energy.

        @PUFADestroyerPPO i will listen this but i know the mechanism. It acts on the chloride-dependent channels of glutamate and γ-aminobutyric acid, interrupting neurotransmission in nematodes and arthropods. So this effect same for human.

        Actually, that's what this thread is for. any option for parasite i glad to use and suggest this.

          I’ve seen cases where serotonin is used as a signal molecule by parasites and it increases the metabolism of parasites by upregulating cAMP.

            Have you thought about using nitazoxinide for parasites, specially hemlminths? It’s already used for giardia and cryptosporidium infections.

            In fact the same person who discovered albendazole, Dr. Jean-François Rossignol, also discovered nitazoxinide. One thing I will say is that its mechanism is present in anaerobes, but not in aerobes.

                @ser1s4e

                Both nitazoxnide and metronidazole, which is typically used for anaerobic bacterial infections, target the same mechanism of action in parasites.

                However, it’s important to know that nitazoxinide inhibits the pyruvate:ferredoxin oxidoreductase enzyme in parasites. On the other hand, metronidazole is dependent on upregulated activity of the same enzyme as it activates the drug inside of the cell.

                By itself, it should be relatively effective, but it shouldn’t used in combination as it most likely won’t be synergistic.
