How are your labs? It may not be a guarantee, but high DHEA correlates to high estrogens, thought I can't say for sure with DHEA-S

RE: Everything about high blood pressure
Calcium and riboflavin are two chemicals known to reduce blood pressure, given salt intake is sufficient.

RE: thoughts this article Metabolic Endotoxemia: The Link Between the Chronic Diseases and the Saturated Fats You Want to Avoid
More or less a good article, not many physicians go into the chemistry of their profession, let alone the microbiome. Some faults in there, but I'll let it slide for now. I'll talk more about the clinical chemistry behind endotoxemia.
Lipid A toxicity is dependent on multiple chemical factors, such as the amount of phosphates and acyloxyacyls present. Enterobacteriaceae like Escherichia coli are more potent because of the factors I just mentioned, while other microbes like Bacteroides fragilis, which is arguably the most common bacteria in the gut, isn't as toxic since they don't possess too much of these chemical groups.

The reason why endotoxin isn't regularly measured is because of scarce reagents only found in horseshoe crab blood, and there hasn't been any reliable synthetic replacement.

RE: Parasite and Health: Approach/Treatment
Both nitazoxnide and metronidazole, which is typically used for anaerobic bacterial infections, target the same mechanism of action in parasites.
However, it’s important to know that nitazoxinide inhibits the pyruvate:ferredoxin oxidoreductase enzyme in parasites. On the other hand, metronidazole is dependent on upregulated activity of the same enzyme as it activates the drug inside of the cell.
By itself, it should be relatively effective, but it shouldn’t used in combination as it most likely won’t be synergistic.

RE: Parasite and Health: Approach/Treatment
Have you thought about using nitazoxinide for parasites, specially hemlminths? It’s already used for giardia and cryptosporidium infections.
In fact the same person who discovered albendazole, Dr. Jean-François Rossignol, also discovered nitazoxinide. One thing I will say is that its mechanism is present in anaerobes, but not in aerobes.

RE: Parasite and Health: Approach/Treatment
I’ve seen cases where serotonin is used as a signal molecule by parasites and it increases the metabolism of parasites by upregulating cAMP.

RE: what is the cure to hairloss / male pattern baldness?
There’s a chance that T3 supplementation may help reverse hair loss by stimulating follicular activation

RE: Peaty migraine remedies?
It probably is, the dose was given in consideration to see optimum pharmacokinetics of riboflavin for migraine patients.

RE: Peaty migraine remedies?
Riboflavin is effective for migraine prophylaxis as 400 mg/day significantly reduced migraine incidence and severity.

RE: Lose dose niacinamide frequency?
Forgot to mention that the max concentration of niacinamide typically occurs an hour after oral administration of 500 mg
In this study, patients did so two times a day, a total of six days so the total dose results in 6 g.
