High DHEA-S levels in my blood test

Good evening peaters, I recently got my first ever blood work done and I have high DHEA-S levels, of 558 dl which is above average. Ever since I was a teenager ive struggled with severe anxiety, and acne on my back.
What supplements/lifestyle changes should I be making to lower dhea-s levels back to normal, Im tired of running on stress hormone's. I am currently on day 1 of androsterone to see if that will help.

How are your labs? It may not be a guarantee, but high DHEA correlates to high estrogens, thought I can't say for sure with DHEA-S
