Castor Oil as solvent

Has anyone explored the use of castor oil as a solvent for delivering steroids or other compounds deep into the body, similar to how vitamin E is used?
Considering that castor oil is known for its ability to penetrate deeply into tissues and potentially carry substances into the lymphatic system, could this be a viable method for enhancing the delivery and absorption of these compounds or steroids

@metabolicmilk I haven't noticed any problems with it. I am currently experimenting with it in terms of hair growth and carrying things into the scalp. Current trial is NMN just a pinch on the thin spot at the back of my head and the temples. I'm using a roll on applicator from queen of the thrones which is rather expensive but saves on the mess a bit. Looking into getting the proper 2-Deoxy-D-ribose --

However it's somewhat concerning that they also carry a "low endotoxin" version possibly indicating that standard manufacturing of https://www.chemimpex.com/2-deoxy-d-ribose may leave it with endotoxins that could be problematic. Of course maybe the endotoxins were responsible for the hair growth in the first place through some kind of counter irritant effect?

For what it's worth, when I tried it for hair loss, both topically and internally, I most likely screwed up my liver -- and taking spoonful's of coconut oil would not do the same.
