Reddit speculating on Ray's cause of death

Chat is this real?

or maybe - hear me out - maybe those people who died were all in their 80s and 90s? and hence they were statistically really likely to die in the years after
ray peat presumably died of a stroke probably because he was so fond of saturated fat (and even hydrogenated fat!) -
@rayshit Is this WestsidePufa?

One thing I've realized about the death of Dr. Peat is that he actually had a pretty good health span.
I have relatives who lived into their 90s. But the last five or eight or even ten years of their lives were terrible. Quality of life was horrible. They were bedridden basically or demented.
Ray seemed to be fine and lived a great life until maybe six months before his death. It was obvious he was quite sick, but even then it didn't seem like it was keeping him bedridden or anything.
So I would just say that although he didn't live as long as we hoped he would live, he did have a decently long health span, which counts for a lot, maybe everything.

I wish they wouldn't.
On an unrelated note. Maximise your hope and minimise your doom. Read in to that, it's only logical.
