      Just 25 mg of zinc daily was shown to have this effect.

      Zinc:

      ⬩Lowers glutamate
      ⬩Reduce intracellular calcium
      ⬩Antagonizes the NMDA system
      ⬩Increases BDNF

      In the brain, all vital for neurological function.
