i heard from someone that more phosphorus in diet increases protein utilization for lean mass, and that some of the benefit from high protein diet in positive body recomp might actually just be attributed to P content.

ive been reccomended to swap out beef and chicken for more high P meats like certain whitefish to accomplish this. any thoughts?

i saw referenced a study that higher P intake actually keeps metabolism higher during dieting.

@sneedful both really high calcium and really high phosphorus together always makes me feel really good, physique looks dryer and i recover quicker. phosphorus in itself is good, but a high phosphorus diet must have plenty calcium aswell too.

on days that i eat more muscle meat, i take a calcium carbonate supplement or two

@mavuue i am thinking high P and C is good but im a bit nervous to hit high C while on gear tbh because calcium causing alot of the negative effects of anabolics. i know k2 forms can prevent from it yet im hesitant. thats why maybe i will blast cyproheptadine or some other calcium channel antagonist (idk if thats what they are called) while on cycle too

@sneedful The ratio to calcium is what matters more
