earlier in the day I had coffee with collagen peptides and bread with butter and 10mg k2 mk4. and then I ate beef w/ jasmine rice and green peas and approx 2 grams eggshell and 5000 iu vitamin d.
then I took 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 1/8 teaspoon aspirin crystals (which iirc is ~350-400mg aspirin),

I was out walking my dog. it's about 13-15 celsius outside today. after turning back from a spot overlooking the city I walked past a neighbour's evergreen shrubs which are as tall as I am and I felt a sensation of warmth emanating from the plants. the difference in temperature / microclimate from the open viewpoint which is a steep drop off into what's almost a series of cliffs opening up to the valley below, and the neighbours dry climate plants is astounding! it felt like I could be balmy in a t-shirt in that spot!

I was at some point dreading winter but it seems almost inviting now! I may still vacation in the tropics for a few weeks where I think I will simply lie about in the sun all day.

im on my second watermelon flavoured carbonated water. later I may take a hot shower and then rub magnesium oil diluted in olive oil all over my body. I may shine a red light on myself as well...

does anyone have that meme pic of the chud bathing under the red light in his room with his mother and hawk phenotype father watching from the doorway?

Is this what you do to stave off "covid" sneedy?

my urine is a deep yellow and it seems structured. like, times I am stressed and peeing frequently and light coloured, it is basically like water in texture. when I am feeling good and urinating my urine shimmers and when I touch it, it doesn't feel like plain water. It is structured cellular water.

I know all this because I pee in a cup then pour it down the drain.
