PUFA in tissues
-
Is there a way to know how much pufa you have stored in your tissues, or is that only possible through analysing your fat tissue?
Also, how fast is it possible to deplete the pufa in your body? Does it depend on your bodyfat percentage? -
@RapexEat Biopsy of adipose tissue and/or analysis of fatty acid composition in serum can determine the amount of PUFA in tissues. Peat once mentioned that the half-life of PUFA in tissues is 600 days.

I also found such a study on PubMed.
