Antidepressants

Are there any viable antidepressants? I am aware it is not healthy long-term but I need something. I was thinking about stuff like DNRI (wellbutrin) or maybe even psychedelics.

I know this isn't what you're asking however I did find great relief from the knowledge in this video and his book. I was going through a hard time and was desperate and was lucky to come across his understanding and solutions to depression. In my opinion it's worth your time.

@Iamnobody I'd recommend 100mg of pregnenolone.
-
@Iamnobody Thanks! I will check this video out.

@onliest I have tried it with no effect.
Some supplements I have tried:
Pregnenolone
Progest-E
TUDCA / other liver supplements
NAC
Glycine
Taurine
Bitters
Zinc
Magnesium (topical & oral)
B-Complex (& methylated)
Phenibut
Doxycycline
Methylene blue
Gelatin
Aspirin
DLPA phenylalanine
NBMI / Emeramide
and more...(Most if not all of these have been from reputable sources)
I have literally not experienced a single positive effect from a single one of these (except mild benefits from phenibut). Sometimes they had negative effects but 90% of the time they did nothing. I have tried a lot of these with high/low dosages etc, following recommendations from others.
I have good bloodwork and other markers btw.

@ilnyarienàfaire Do you have other health conditions? What is your TSH? Do you get sunlight/vit D? Do you lead a virtuous, meaningful life? Have you tried CBT/ do you have defense mechanisms for dealing with negative thoughts?
-
@onliest No health conditions. TSH 1.1 last time I checked, time before that I think it was 0.8 with T3 at 4pg/mL which leads me to believe that thyroid is not an issue. I get enough sunlight during the summer at least, during winter it is trickier where I live but I guess that aligns with my biological needs.
I probably do not live a very meaningful life right now, that is largely because of my mental state though. I do socialise a lot and spend time outdoors, etc - which I guess is meaningful.
I have done CBT and worked with psychologists. The last one literally told me that she could probably not help me. I have tried all of the mainstream stuff and it does not work for me.
My bloodwork is good, stress seemingly low, I do various things like carrot salad etc to lower estrogen, proper circadian rhythm... It seems the issue is not any of these things. I know neurotransmitters are somewhat unrelated to other markers and more tricky to influence. Though phenibut (strong gaba agonist) does barely nothing for me. I am afraid I might need something that works more quickly right now.
