I know this isn't what you're asking however I did find great relief from the knowledge in this video and his book. I was going through a hard time and was desperate and was lucky to come across his understanding and solutions to depression. In my opinion it's worth your time.

@ilnyarienàfaire Do you have other health conditions? What is your TSH? Do you get sunlight/vit D? Do you lead a virtuous, meaningful life? Have you tried CBT/ do you have defense mechanisms for dealing with negative thoughts?
