USP Germany vs USP china

Does anyone really know if the "USP" B1 hcl on one expensive online store is really 3x better than the "USP" B1 hcl on a cheaper online store?
One store says its "USP" B1 hcl (costing 3x more than the other) is better because it comes from Germany.
Another store's 3x cheaper "USP" B1 hcl comes from china.
Has anyone ever seen any - formal testing - that shows a difference in purity (maybe fewer heavy metals?) for the Germany products?
