    8 month ago I started experiencing hair shedding, which had become only worse with time, for the longest time I thought of many deficiencies I might have - Vit. A, Calcium, Sodium, etc.

    But after a couple of experiments I now can say that the only things causing this shedding are coffee and caffeine. After I stopped drinking coffee, I also stopped shedding immediately, not even 1 hair would fall off my head, but whenever I drink a cup of coffee, I would shed, even if it was with milk and big amount of sugar after a meal, even if it was with 1g of L-Theanine/Taurine, nothing helps. Even if I drink Coke the damn hair would fall.

    I like coffee and I do not feel any downsides from it besides losing my hair. Any ideas on what it might be?

      What do you think about this statement:

      This is a sign of a stressed metabolism.

          @jonnil yep.

          Eat robustly and balanced macros as much as you can.
          Huge help usually.
