Reversing gray hair: Ray Peat's method

In his book Generative Energy, Dr. Peat describes a method he used to reverse graying hairs using topical vitamin A, vitamin E, DHEA, pregnenolone, and copper. I was wondering if anyone else has tried this, what doses you used, and what results you experienced?
