Seed oil consumption resulting in cold/flu?
-
I’m pretty sure I consumed seed oils accidentally from a dinner I had two days ago and now I have disgustinggggg cold/flu symptoms. Has this happened to anyone else or am I reaching by attributing it to a seed oil dense meal? Also frustrating because I feel like my system should be stronger than this atp
Further, peaty advice for staying healthy in cold and flu season? Obviously warm foods & collagen rich broths etc, but anything specific y’all swear by?

I swear by salt in particular. Beside a general calorie surplus.

@ThinPicking any reason salt in particular?

A little and often seems to stop me wasting other ions and structural components. Keeps me hungry for more. Keeps the RAAS quiet, the vasculature inflated, the thymus ticking. Etc.
I probably wouldn't have dodged "covid" without it. But I can't know that for sure, maybe it's something else. And I just convinced myself it's that.

Someone else's cooking by any chance? Slightly misaligned company/rhetoric to go with it by any chance?
I don't worry too much about PUFA as long as I can out ratio it with SFA and take some Vitamin E occasionally. Some say I am a fake peater.
