I lost my appetite for sugar. So I’m just consuming glucose (dextrose, starch). The last time I tried OJ I didn’t feel good. Could this be a methionine deficiency? I’ve taken glycine, niacinamide before. I’m low protein to begin with. although I suppose if I really needed the methionine I would eat whatever food is rich in it…
How about a boron deficiency? Is that actually possible? I had lentils today and it made me warm- for a short period of time
My vitamin D levels are on the lower end… I took 10,000iu yesterday and it felt toxic

These past weeks have been a mess (since my B1 overdose incident) but I think it was some nausea at the time. Just feeling cold and hypometabolic overall
