      morning:
      3 whole eggs with coconut oil and a small orange
      followed by coffee with skim milk and sugar after awhile

      lunch:
      well cooked potatoes with coconut oil, chicken breast

      pre and post workout:
      a mixture of cane sugar and water with a pinch of salt

      dinner:
      well cooked potatoes with coconut oil, chicken breast

      avg cal: 2000-2100
      100-120g protein
      40-60g fat
      280-300g carbs

      weight: 81kg/179lbs, height: 175cm/5'9

      supp: creatine

      been on this for about 2months, so far lost 9kgs(90kg-81kg), 0.7kg/week

      Im really open to suggestions for changes from all my Peatbros

          @kyrre Not really Peaty, look at your Calcium to Phosphorus ratio. Chicken isn’t a Peaty meat. And such a lack of nutrients. Could try some gelatinous cuts instead for chicken breast.

              I'm not averse to cane sugar, but why not just drink a liter or more of juice (orange, grape, pineapple etc.) pre and post workout? Also agree that you need some calcium.
