Suddenly hyperglycemic

All of a sudden, OJ and other sugars are giving me hyperglycemic symptoms (blur, some tingling).

I'm not consuming any more carbs than usual. The only change was that I ate some junk I wouldn't normally eat over the weekend (McDonalds burgers, no fries. Easter brunch with lots of bready dishes).

How do I fix this?

It could be signs of histamine reaction. Do you take B3 supplement?
