every morning, i wake up so bloated before having eaten anything. It really messes my appetite, and my digestion feels so weak that if im not careful what i eat, i can mess my gut up for the entire rest if the day. I was just wondering why this is happening and what i can do about it? 😕 my gut lately feels so sluggish, messed up and inflamed that i feel awful after every meal i eat … it’s this weird thing where the state of my gut is limiting my food intake, which is making me hungrier but also not very tolerant of food… would really appreciate thoughts/advice

@Tarzan17 i would avoid any and all potentially inflammatory foods (fruits, vegetables, most grains, etc). Including spices, which easily bloat my face. I'm doing really well with mostly rice and animal products.

          Hi,
