My 1 week experience with <30g of protein and <30 low fat a day

This experiment started spontaneously..
One day I didn't have time to cook meat, and the next day I started feeling a lightness in my body like i had 50kg.. walking, jumping felt so easy
During the day, I started talking more and more with my friend which it doesn't happen that often, we talk, but not for hours... it felt like i was more connected and openI didn't know what it is..
After some time I realized that it's methylation.. and a lack of it can lead to decreased cortisol and serotonin levels..
On the other side, I became more spiritual, I started getting into gnosticism randomly and got tripped on it for daysSince some ancient civilizations avoided meat because their journey of awakening is disrupted, maybe there is some truth to it, especially if it's factory grown meat where the animal suffers a lifetime
Besides this, the main benefits were:
- more connected to my friend - decreased cortisol and maybe serotonin
- good bowels all the time - no constipation, no diarrhea- i could eat even snickers, kinder bueno and other toxic shit - usually i would have to pick the right water, the right condiment, no coke in order to avoid constipation or diarrhea..
- no bloating
- good sleep all the time - no nightmares, just good trip
- feeling light and ready to see life outdoors
- ANGER WAS ABSENT, I NEVER GOT ANGRY ABOUT ANYTHING, which before that my serotonin levels became skyscrappers burj kalifa .. this was the main reason I continued the experiment. I was just doing my boring slave job repetitive soul killing dopamine drainer but my inner peace was intact.. couldn't be bothered by anything.. such a game changer
Downsides:
- you get tired of so much carbs, thus you eat less.. next day you may feel tired
- eating pasta kills the benefits, since 500g of it has around 50g of protein already
- feeling weak, if you see the benefits first you may get obsessed like myself and avoid all protein sources - but maybe more carbs are needed, I'm not sure
Between day 3 and 4, I decided to eat some ground beef. That day was top 10 most divided anti connection days of the year. Probably I got sensitive to it.
Diet was like:
- Dates, coke, rice, a meal of pasta 80g, plenty of pineapple Dole, mango, bread instead of pasta
carbs were over 450g
protein 20-30g
fat 20-30g from butter or olive oilNutrients? A bit of deficiency, next time I will get some orange juice instead of coke
From now on I will switch to fish, why not
Pasta, tuna and olive oil
dates
pineapple
mango
coke
rice for sleep
thats itEDIT: One key here is that protein increases the chances of getting endotoxin, especially from meat. Avoiding altogether shouldn't be the aim, but as Peat said once in a while may be the best guess.

@Androsclerozat based, OUGABOUGA meat eating has real effects even in small quantities, it can increase stoïcism, decrease well being, decrease movement appreciation, decrease lightness, reduce heart sensitivity drastically. Better not to eat it unless you crave it or if you get symptoms that you know by experience get fixed by eating it and dont have any other ways to fix these symptoms

Fish it depend, gotta experiment with different fish and sources,i ate back some tuna steak recently and didnt feel specifically good from it.
sometimes fish can increase relaxation, well being, warmness, sexuality

next time sardinesThis commun small vs big fish narrative is potentially wrong, i know many people with mogger skulls that eat tuna or more tuna than average, not so much with sardines

this is my experience too, within 3 weeks of eating no meat and no added fat, my muscle activation is back like when I was going to gym everyday

@Androsclerozat skipjack tuna reliably gives me intense feelings of wellness after having a can after not having it for awhile.
good point on pasta, I had 250g for two days in a row, I didn't know it has such protein amount
I started with parboiled rice, it is middle point of brown and white rice, has more nutrients than white rice but still removed fibre part in brown rice, seems like nice middle ground.
I am considering pea protein powder as maybe it can provide benefits of aminos after exercises without too much negatifś
your diet is similar to mine except I don't add any fats that aren't present in the natural food
I have cooked greens on rice and some eggshell powder also
