Pancreatitis is grumbling again, causing nausea, distension, etc, and my period is 2 weeks away. The last time this happened late last year, had it for a month (first time experience it, didn’t recognize) then the day before my period triggered the start of an acute pancreatitis episode that lasted a week. Couldn’t eat or drink or do anything but lay on the couch. Took another month to fully recover. Currently in the process of getting ready for an upcoming medical procedure and I have to stay able.

I also have severe liver damage and can’t take the standard dose of aspirin. Tried for awhile but my jaundice started to return. Considering lowering the dose but would rather have less strain on my liver because of upcoming anesthesia. The surgery isn’t scheduled but it has to be soon. Besides pomegranate juice, fat soluble vitamins, white button mushrooms, progesterone, vitex, the carrot salad™️, charcoal, what else would you suggest to lower estrogen?

What else I would do to lower estrogen?

Get out of your stressed state.

          Reason:
If your adrenals are working overtime (for lack of a better term)- it forfeits making progesterone- to deal with the other stressors.
Therefore allowing estrogen to surge and become imbalanced

The further society drifts from the truth the more it will hate those who speak it.

@Aethelflaed if the surgery is elective or unnecessary, maybe it can be postponed (possibly indefinitely). Nothing like surgery to increase stress and stress hormones including estrogen.
