Androsterone and acne

Hi everyone. I tried a drop of androsterone ~1mg, 3 times. Each time it cause spots full of sebum to appear around my left ear. Like raised lumps that sebum came out of if I scratched them.
Anyone else had similar results or knows why this happened? -
