Earthing/Grounding has gotten popular the past few years. My question is has anyone tried using earthing/grounding products and what are your experiences? Specifically if you could share how it has impacted your sleep and digestion
What product did you use and what was your routine?

Just to get a feel for it it's going to work for me before spending more money on it
