Chronic anxiety and depression tends to make my voice soft and weak, lacking energy. I've found that taking 16 mg ephedrine hcl just once a week really helps with this. The effects stays for days.

Got mine shipped from a Canadian health website because it is OTC in Canada but not USA strangely.

I take it in the morning because it is sometimes stimulating.

Does the depression and anxiety go away? Low voice ain't necessary bad

@water-fire It is maybe a confidence thing. I feel lobotomized and disconnected and robotic. Like PSSD. Regardless of the ephedrine. This messes with my head so much. The more powerful voice I get from ephedrine makes me more socially capable I feel. Maybe this is inauthentic and I should try to accept the weak person / state I'm in?

For clarity, it is making my voice closer to normal, not making it extrordinarilly strong. I think. It is hard to gauge actually due to PSSD state.

It may be related to this and replicable another way.
