Why are you quoting these 3 things I said
what I said is based and verdict
Because your declarations indicate for this.
Unclear and incomprehensible answer, I suggest you try to be explicit and clear.
some of your answers are unclear, irrelevant, and just pollute the topics
That's ok.
You seem partial to conversation as opposed to a block. Can you tell me, is 'peating' finished? Do we have all the answers?
I didn't say or imply that what Ray Peat says is the truth, or that it's “finished”, I suggest that you improve your discernment and your ability to understand, I said that there is no “bridge” to be made between Ray Peat's ideas and those of Charlie, because Charlie himself said that Ray Peat is right about almost everything except VA, and also because Ray Peat's perspective on VA, is nuanced, not religious and incoherent like charlie
All these “X diet” labels, with no new ideas or sets of ideas, are mainly tools for trying to make money. Also think about why he didn't want to change the name of the ray peat forum for so long, when at first he said that Ray Peat's ideas were toxic and destroying lives, and that they were partially forbidden to be discussed on the forum, because he wanted to use Ray Peat's name to make money

Sir yes sir.
I didn't say or imply that what Ray Peat says is the truth, or that it's “finished”, I suggest that you improve your discernment and your ability to understand
Sir yes sir. Definitely only me.
I said that there is no “bridge” to be made between Ray Peat's ideas and those of Charlie
Charlie seems to be paying attention to and considering the position of other people who can't sustain a euthyroid state. At least with the substrates that we can. Clearly to varying effect.
because Charlie himself said that Ray Peat is right about almost everything except VA, and also because Ray Peat's perspective on VA, is nuanced, not religious and incoherent like charlie
It's rightly nuanced around the achievement of a euthyroid state. Correct me if wrong. For the people who seem to have trouble getting there, something seems to be missing in their chain of thought, perception and action. It's possible to consider that VA is only a temporary hinge for them. A thought form, if you will.
All these “X diet” labels, with no new ideas or sets of ideas, are mainly tools for trying to make money.
I see that. But I also see the clientele. What do you make of them, fools?

Where did i say or imply that Ray Peat ideas are the truth and are "finished"?

Did Raymond Peat recommend that people eat large quantities of liver? No. Did Ray Peat recommend that people eat something and/or beef liver even when they don't like the taste and smell? No.most beef liver taste horrible. and there's even a quote associated with Ray Peat where he says he's never eaten kidney because he's never smelled any that made him want to eat it. Did anyone on Ray Peat forum recommend cooking liver to make it more appetizing when people didn't like the smell and taste and felt repulsion for liver? Yes, and I haven't heard Raymond do it.
Did he recommend that people eat fruit even if it's not ripe? No he didnt , he emphasized the importance of ripeness,99.9 % of the oranges and fruits I see are not optimally ripe, even in organic stores or markets. Do charlie have any evidence that fruits more colorful than apples and bananas (fruits recommended by “low toxin” guys) are inherently worse for your health due to their higher coloration/“carotenoid content”, and that this is not due to the quality, health and degree of ripeness of the fruit? I haven't seen any. A fruit that is white and/or low in carotenoids is not necessarily better than a yellow or orange fruit. I have eaten ripe orange colored fruits that were 100 fold better than ripe bananas, apples, and white fruits in term of health and energy.
All these “X diet” labels, with no new ideas or sets of ideas, are mainly tools for trying to make money.

No

Here, in the comment below. Is 'nuance' in his comments about VA the only thing they're missing.
@water-fire said in Metamorphosis of rpf:
There's nothing to bridge
Unless you think the gaping chasm between people is peacefully sustainable. I thought Ray was quite explicit about the avoidance of authoritarianism. Correct me if wrong.
In the same comment you're responding to, you also suggested to 'improve your discernment and your ability to understand'. And I definitely confirmed that it's definitely only me who needs to do that.

I understand your frustration with the things they said and say. I held that for a while. But then I wondered if there's something behind it. And the frustration evaporated. You referred to them as 'normies' in the other thread.
No
What then? I don't know yet is my answer. At least not in a way that would allow me to conform to your 'explicit and clear' suggestion.

"there's nothing to bridge" comment doesn't imply that I think Ray Peat's ideas are the truth and the end game in terms of energy and health.Raymond's nuances on VA isn't the only thing missing from Charlie's thoughts.

Unclear and incomprehensible, i dont know what you are refering to.

It sounded like potential sarcasm, so i asked.

I am not frustrated, just stating facts and sharing ideas relevants to the topic. "Something to it" what is "it", what is a charlie thought that is constant, coherent, that he has not changed, that wasnt already there on there on the forum, that is opposite to Ray Peat ideas, and that there is solid evidences for it to be the cause of the main problems for a substantial amounts of people that had problems on the RPF?
I did not call people that follow "low toxin" thoughts Normies, read better, i said charlie Normie ideas
and I called his thoughts "normie" in a specific context, him making a post where he glazes basic information on the fact that milk is fortified, while claiming that it is the main cause of the negative effects of dairy products without providing any proof. it is indicated on the label when the milk is fortified, so calling this thought among others as normie information, it is not demeaning, it is factual, even people who are not interested in theories on food know it or can know it by reading the label
His post https://lowtoxinforum.com/threads/boom-here-it-is-this-is-how-the-dairy-supply-is-poisoned.53893/
No
What then? I don't know yet is my answer. At least not in a way that would allow me to conform to your 'explicit and clear' suggestion.
What about what? You asked if i think people that get influenced by diet labels are fools, i said no.

Understandable in context.

They seemed to be conclusions more than ideas. To which my response was 'pollution'. I'm sure I've just misunderstood you.
"Something to it" what is "it"
I said something behind it. It being things they said and say, which your comment was taking issue with.

I don't know. He's clearly willing to change his mind. Or angle of approach.
read better
I do try w-fire.

Chamber where he pushes his normies ideas
His normies, plural. Could be interpreted as normies he's conversing with or otherwise paying attention to.

Got it. So we're all normies. Excellent.
What about what? You asked if i think people that get influenced by diet labels are fools, i said no.
The clientele. Is 'influence' the only thing that turns their attention to a particular approach to health. I don't know.

if its a cash grab he's not that good of a businessman to abandon the rpf and move to lowtoxinforum just as peatosphere on socials was heating up

A good one could probably make a solid brand attachment of 'gigamilk', no matter the context.

Ain't certain, potentially charlie said Ray Peat gf contacted him and asked him to remove the name, he claimed he had the intention to do it before she contacted him, but considering that he didnt do it for months, potentially years, another probable lie

10 months depending on where you're counting from, to the... 11th of September 2024.

@ThinPicking Peating isn't finished but RayPeatForum is thanks to dark triad personality disorders and control structures

@sunsunsun it's clearly a cash grab. The problem is he would rather say that it's his forum and that Ray was wrong than be the owner of a Ray Peat Forum .
It's a classic tactic to gather a community and subvert them. -

I look at my sugar before I put it in my coffee and think about this. Every day.

@ThinPicking I highly doubt that.
I'm having trouble understanding why you are running damage control for a narcissistic psychopathic machiavellian type who subverted what was one of the best places on the internet. -

Is that what it is. I'm not aware that's what I'm doing.
What was the purpose of the thread, to let off some steam. What's the topic of conversation? Do we all reply, "yes, it's sad to see that".
