      my recipe :

Stearic + Palmitic Emulsion (with either sodium butyrate or coconut oil)

      Ingredients

      • 1–2 tbsp stearic acid
      • 1–2 tbsp palmitic acid
      • EITHER: 500 mg sodium butyrate
        OR: coconut oil
      • 150–250 ml milk, ~35–40 °C

      Method

      1. Melt fats: Heat stearic + palmitic with a little water , ~100 °C) until fully liquid.

        • If using sodium butyrate, mix it in while heating (warning: strong odor).
      2. Remove from heat.

      3. If not using SB: add coconut oil now, after heating (avoids unnecessary heat and preserves profile).

      4. Emulsify: Whisk vigorously (or use an ultrasonic mixer) while still warm.

      5. Stabilize: Slowly add warm milk (35–40 °C) while mixing until uniform.

      6. Drink at tolerable temperature.

      Notes & stance

      • I prefer coconut oil; I avoid sodium butyrate because it cis a signaling molecule that gut bacteria use to increase gut serotonin synthesis.
      • Very calorie dense

      What I observed

Pros: heavier testicles (measured), deeper voice, better-hydrated lips, bolder play in training (pro soccer).
Cons: ~5 kg weight gain in ~4 weeks → this had led me to halt my experimentation as this side effect outweighed the benefits

I ate lamb fat and also noticed an increase in androgens, it seems that it increases dihydrotestosterone due to the huge amount of palmitic and stearic acids, increases sebum, warms me up, but causes a terrible fog in the head and a stuffy nose... I haven't noticed any weight gain yet.

          I'm writing through Google Translate

many shaving creams use palmitic and stearic acid in them so that may be a accessible source for transdermal application
