Anybody done a zero fat diet for PUFA depletion?
-
I guess it would have to look like a lot of skimmed milk, fruit, lean animal protein and gelatin with supplements of D and K.
Anybody done this before?
-
@Hando-Jin i did it by eating purely white tiger prawns, juices and some skim milk. its pretty sustainable. havnt noticed any benefits which is odd as i was mega dosing omega 3's before peat

@Hando-Jin Eating zero fat is likely to induce stasis and stones of the liver and gallbladder.
-
@CrumblingCookie yeah it's probably better to try and use fully hydrogenated coconut oil as the only fat source
-
@lobotomize-me how long did you manage do it for?
-
@Hando-Jin minor dry skin after 3 weeks
-
@Hando-Jin i could have gone on forever but i stopped after 2 months so i can go out and eat with friends again but i will probably continue with near 0% fat diet for the rest of my life when i can
