Hello, has anyone experienced major fatigue taking Tudca? I took 250mg with breakfast today and had to have a 2 hour nap. (I do crash from things eg antibiotics)

Good news is it hasn’t caused major digestive upset (gastritis is on and off an issue for me). It has made me slightly constipated.

It does make me wonder if most my issues are coming from my gallbladder….
