          @jamezb46

          Update: I emailed IdeaLabs and they confirmed that their synthesis was successful, but the yield/cost ratio was far too low, so unless they find a more economic synthesis, we are not getting Drupanol any time soon.

          They did, however, confirm that they will be releasing a non-steroidal anabolic product some time in the next 4-6 weeks.

          On another note, Drupanol's structure does seem to resemble certain SARMs, specifically it closely resembles the Arylpropionamide structure of Enobosarm and GTx-027.

              Any more details on this ?

              Dare to think.

                Bakuchiol is an isomer of drupanol (same atoms, but arranged differently). It is probably easier to get, since it's heavily used in skincare.
                But it seems to be estrogenic.

                  Combine it with an AI like androsterone?

                    @engineer or not take it at all.

                      Androsterone + Pansterone is already a common combo as insurance against estrogen generation from DHEA, so what makes bakuchiol inherently different?

                        @engineer I don't understand your logic at all. The reason why we use an AI with DHEA is because we want to favor the conversion of DHEA down androgenic metabolic pathways or have it stay as DHEA.

                        DHEA by itself is known to be androgenic. It converts into DHT and other 7-oxo metabolites that are also weakly anabolic/androgenic.

                        I am not aware of any evidence whatsoever that Bakuchiol is ergogenic for muscle building/cortisol antagonism/immune stimulation or anything that we like to use DHEA for.

                        "Just using an AI" with an estrogenic substance doesn't even make sense if the substance itself is estrogenic. All an AI will do is stop a substance from converting into an estrogen. But an AI will not stop an estrogenic plant compound like Bakuchiol from exerting its effects.

                            @jamezb46 the idea was that even though bakuchiol itself doesn't aromatize to estrogen, its estrogenic effects would essentially take the place of existing estrogen aromatized from different sources. The purpose of the AI would be to reduce aromatized estrogen elsewhere so that the bakuchiol in addition to existing hormones doesn't cause hyperestrogenic symptoms. Of course, this wouldn't be viable if bakuchiol is so estrogenic that an effective dose would exhibit an estrogenic effect greater than what would already be present.

                            I also thought that DHEA became estrogenic at higher doses if there is already of lot of it present. Is that not true?

                            Also, it's disappointing how Idealabs wasn't able to get a good enough Drupanol yield. Doing so would have brought them more into the lines of "exclusive supplement lab" and less of a "Sigma Aldrich rebadger". Maybe the new product has its own synthesis?
