I’m taking 250mg aspirin in the morning and at lunch to reduce stress hormones. Looking for Peat inspired advice on adding a bedtime dose (or adjusting splits) for better sleep and overnight cortisol control. Using baking soda buffer + vitamin K. Experiences/timing suggestions welcome! Should I split it 3x Daily in 4-6 hour windows or one Big dosage? Thank you!

@williambjr - This is not specifically Peat inspired, but I have found it to be helpful.
