      Hi everyone
could someone explain buteyko breathing and/or link any reliable sources on where can i learn more about this? I m also curious if Ray Peat spoke about this since it has to do something with CO2.
I'd appreciate any advice, thanks in advance.

Hello, from my notes from the old Ray Peat Forum, I have the following links on Buteyko breathing. I was never disciplined enough to establish any strict routine, but I can tell you simply applying very loose Buteyko principles, when I find I'm not relaxed, makes a difference. For instance, If I'm going to sleep and my mind is cluttered, and I'm feeling a bit hypoxic, consciously breathing in about 4-6 seconds, then out 20-45 seconds, while falling asleep, and when waking up in the middle of the night to fall back asleep, I usually feel a difference when I wake up.
