        Excess phosphorous:calcium unless supplementing
        High tryptophan unless gelatin elsewhere
        Maybe too much fiber but that's up to you to ascertain

            @lykos Implement stratetgic PUFA.
            My metabolism gets too fast and I don't have the means to eat more only "peaty" food.
            Therefore Peating only sort of works for me and I rather be full then always on hyper drive and hungry within 30 minutes.
            I recommend purposely slowing down your metabloism a bit.
            Dont do it with grainsludge.
            But Salty Salmon locs and bacon are prob my go to PUFA.
            If u are young like me so under 20 I think eating strictly peaty might be overrated.
            You cant live life to your fullest on a empty stomach.

              @lykos Idk if you take thyroid already but my diet has been fairly "Peaty" for a few years and I still got really good benefits from starting Tyronene (t3) a few months ago. Less lethargy, more clarity. Maybe something to consider.

                @lykos The feeling of dopamine as we know it is really dopamine + noradrenaline + adrenaline. Bromo decreases noradrenaline and norandrenaline. It's not a substitute I think.

                    my t4 is within the average ranger 1,2 waiting for tsh results, doubt my thyroid is the problem being sugar maxxing all my life
