      Hi everyone,

I just got laid off from my stupid job... so now I have time to post here 🙂

Here is what I've noticed since I started using the Sperti vitamin D lamp 2 months ago (using it 5minutes every other day):

      • I have been struggling with non-existing appetite since my health went to crap ca 2018-2019. While I've made a lot of improvements with my health, my appetite has just not been there. It has been kind of depressing and I had kind of forgotten what being hungry felt like (except during antibiotic courses which would temporarily fix the issue). Over the last couple weeks my appetite has been increasing and I wake up hungry every morning now. Eating is so much more fun now! Yay!

      • My vitamin D levels have been chronically low over the past couple years, hovering around 15 ng/ml. At first I actively avoided it after listening to Marshall Trevor and his protocol, but after not really seeing any results with that I tried to increase my levels with oral and topical vitamin D and tanning beds and sun exposure, but to no avail. Also I would feel lethargic, stupid and irritable taking oral vitamin D so it was not really an option for me. It also made me constipated?

My latest bloodwork showed 28 ng/ml so it's almost doubled. While this is still on the low side I hope that continued usage will get me to around 40-50 ng/ml (this is what other sperti D lamp users report). I think my low vitamin D levels have probably a huge brake on my metabolism, health and wellbeing.

      • Likely as a result of better vitamin D status and lowered PTH, my calcium levels have normalised. Before they were on the higher end of the reference range, 2.5 mmol/L. Latest bloodwork showed 2.28 mmol/L. Yay!

      • My testosterone levels are at an all-time high, around 700 ng/dL. alt text
For reference in 2021 they were extremely low @ 225 ng/dL: alt text

      • Sleep is much better and much deeper. Before I would wake up several times during the night and wake up feeling like poop. Now I get more restful sleep and wake up energized.

      • Overall my energy levels and mood are better! I feel like the vitamin D - PTH - calcium angle is really important and should be addressed.

So for anyone that do not tolerate vitamin D supplements I would really recommend trying the Sperti vitamin D lamp. (No I am not a Sperti lamp salesman but I am genuinely impressed with the effects, I really did not have any expectations from using this)

Nice, I've heard similar positive results from others using vitamin D (UV) lamps from a bad starting point like with you.

Have you considered something like Pyrucet for appetite too? It works so well for me because it drastically ramps up glucose oxidation.

Wow, glad you're feeling a lot better. I think I might actually be experiencing something similar and I hadn't even considered it.

I packed away my UV lamp in January in preparation for a move, and shortly after that started supplementing daily 5000 IU of vitamin D in olive oil because I had gotten lab results that came back low for 25-OH vitamin D @ 30 ng/mL. It's the larksupply.co vitamin D, which is pretty much unparalleled as far as quality. I think I just simply don't tolerate oral vitamin D for whatever reason.

Since I got to my new place at the beginning of February I haven't been myself at all. My sleep has been inconsistent, full of interruptions for no reason, and waking up has felt like being a vampire glued to the inside of a dark coffin. I've been super lethargic, and I'd also describe my mood and perceptual capacity as both stupid and irritable. Have also been hit with random nonsensical bouts of anxiety and fear that are way out of my norm. I've been so out of wack and dragging that I haven't bothered to get that lamp out and set it up since I got here.

I thought it was remnants of the flu that knocked me down a week before I moved, but I think it is very possible that the vit D supplementation might actually be responsible for seriously messing me up since I arrived here. Cutting it out and going back to the lamp.

Ah interesting, i have tried it before but I can't remember exactly what the effects were... I think it did made me feel quite relaxed. I still have it in my cupboard so might give it another go 🙂

I also don't tolerate oral vitamin D. The above description is pretty spot on how I react. I get extremely tired, can't think (cognition really bad) and my mood is not so "up". And I also get stomach pain from being constipated. But the mental effects are really what makes it unsustainable since I can't function in daily life. When I stop talking vitamin D this goes away after a while.

Interestingly my mom also has this response to vitamin D supplements, she mentioned being unusually tired and dragging through the day only taking 2000 IU per day.

With the sperti vitamin D lamp I get none of these side effects. In fact the first time I used it I got almost a manic sort of energy and cleaned my entire apartment, but with continued use this has settled down to a nice relaxed energy.

Good to know about larksupply's vitamin D. I have been using their K2 and feeling good so was thinking about trying their D product. Maybe I'll just continue with the lamp

Hope you feel better soon by switching to the sun lamp ☀️🙏

Yes I had to pay +1000 usd to get this thing shipped to EU, but it was definitely a good investment since the bulbs last a long time 🙂
