Sphincter of Oddi/ Gallbladder issue

I often think I have liver issues (discomfort, inability to handle die off) but my liver bloods come back fine.
I think my issue is structural and my sphincter of Oddi or bile duct is not working properly.
Just recently I started lactoferrin and after a few days I'm so nauseous I can barely eat and anything with fat in it causes anxiety/agitation. The headaches were also terrible. It's like the bacteria dying/ inflammation really agitates my gallbladder area...
In the bioenergetic world, how would someone deal with sphincter of oddi dysfunction? Progesterone does seem to relax the issue but I'm not sure I should be taking it on e.g. day 7 of my cycle.
