Thriving, getting better
-
I’ve been eating meat in abundance—it gives me incredible energy and strength, with no issues at all!
Dairy works perfectly for me, keeping my digestion smooth and comfortable.
Starchy foods give me glowing skin and a healthy scalp—no irritation whatsoever.
Fiber-rich foods, fruits, and starches leave me feeling clean and refreshed, with no unwanted odors.
Coffee with a little sugar actually helps my skin stay clear and calm, especially in my beard area.
I’ve been following this way of eating for 8 years now, and it keeps getting better!

I've recently started incorporating starches (white potatoes, white rice and even sourdough!) back into my diet and I have been feeling a lot better recently, my thoughts have been feeling clearer at times, I feel more fluid and honest in social interactions and my muscles look fuller!
In the case of potatoes (something I've had problems with for years now) I make sure to cook them very long, at least 1 and a half hours boiling. I also peel all the skin off and make sure to only pick potatoes that have very little blight or green or eyes.
I do think a starch free diet has a lot of benefits of certain individuals, but for myself I think the obsessive nature of avoiding starches may have been harming me emotionally... I now am more liberal in my eating habits, whilst still trying to avoid junk additives and PUFA.
