Hello, severe adhd and continuing problems

Hello forum 20 year old male here
im seeking help for my problems that started after a stressful period of puberty and further got worse
at 13 moved to a new country and my father lost his job stress and social isolation got the worst of me
at 14 had to move again it made my mental health worse and i started to live completely on my computer spending up to 2-3 days with no sleep and extremely high stress in the house with parents
although i had good memories in these times too i feel like my brain got altered and i could not pursue anything anymore if i would befriend someone i would just start hating everything and everyone at the same hour
i could just focus on something maximum for an hour at this point
later on i got really bad suicidal/anger frusturation im not really prone to depression i dont know why
i started peating and developed really bad ocd over it everything i do i try maximizing it in a way and i lurk for 10 20 30 hours without stopping with 1000+ tabs open on the browser
i dont know if it relates but my iq is over 160 and i have really extreme pattern recognition skills sometimes i collapse from the sole act of non stop thinking and it disables me for the whole day
at 17 i got hospitalized for really high fever and gut problems from eating raw meat got put on probiotics and it made me constipated from that time to now 17-20 i barely have any bowel movements
really bad derelization i can basically force myself to do anything but life does not feel natural anymore
recently i got death anxiety and anxiety from all types of sounds but im too aware and realized that its self inflicted so it does not develop furthersorry for the disorganized thoughts lol

How long have you eaten 4-5 eggs per day? Eggs maxxing can lead to excess acetylcholine and negative rumination
-
@Korven i used to eat 10 eggs a day 2 years ago now
for the last 2 ive been 4-5 -
@peatqqq Okay that's a lot of eggs. Do you have crazy vivid dreams as well?
You could try eating something else for breakfast for 1 week, like breakfast sausages. You should notice improvements quite quickly
-
@peatqqq Try combination of memantine and atomoxetine, sustainable and healthy way to improve ability to focus and signal-to-noise ratio.

I have noticed some improvement to my brain symptoms from avoiding potatoes, omega-3 fish, and eggs, in order to keep acetylcholine down. (i do that on top of a diet low in free glutamate, which also helps me)
Potatoes contain solanine which is an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor and eggs contain lots of choline. Both therefore raise acetylcholine.
I also avoid liver because of choline but have not had the opportunity to confirm whether avoiding liver makes a difference. Avoiding the other foods I mentioned does seem to make a difference.
By the way, even when I was eating potatoes and eggs, I did not have vivid dreams, in fact I had and have an unusually low amount of dreaming.
