I've been having my carrot salad first thing in the morning for a few weeks now, but this morning I realized I'd run out.

It's been a few hours and I'm already feeling kind of bad. I just need to get through the work day. Does anyone think some combo of coke aspirin and/or cypro will suffice? I took a couple charcoal capsules this morning, but it doesn't seem to have the pleasant effect that the carrot has.

@idealabsrat when I’m in an endotoxin pinch, I’ll typically take as many as 6 capsules of charcoal. I don’t know why, but 6 usually does the trick for me. Not advice, just what I personally do.

        Might just need more

If you feel bad immediately after stopping this routine, the underlying biological mechanism is precisely explained by the interaction between the carrot's unique fibers, endotoxins (LPS), and estrogen recycling. + possibly an inappropriate Microbiota.
I can devlop if you want.
