I think many of my issues, such as not feeling anything after consuming carbs, fatigue, not feeling refreshed despite getting 9 hours of sleep and struggling to get out of bed, problems with procrastination, hair loss, skin issues, etc., are caused by a bottleneck in my mitochondria(probably because of high pufa intake or other reasons idk).
I’ve tried many different supplements(B1-B3-q10 ect), but the only one that has actually worked for me is methylene blue. If there really is a bottleneck in my mitochondria, what should I do to get rid of it? I know I should take vitamin E and aspirin and consume saturated fats. Any other suggestions?
