Eczema issues

Any chronic eczema suffers? Please share your experience as well as what has helped or aggravated the situation.
I recently moved to a much colder, drier city with hard water so my already dry skin took a few more knocks. However, this is better with humidifiers and a water softer/filter.
However, my skin is very itchy and inflamed. I’m constantly fidgeting and in pain or at least discomfort. Recently I think I suffered from TSW (topical steroid withdrawal) and that’s when I decided to cold turkey the cortisone as I clearly have an underlying issue that’s not resolving.
I’m trying NMT (No Moisture Treatment) loosely and think it’s helping but it’s tough!
Diet wise I think spicer spices don’t do me good and store bought OJ I think is an issue (as it has been in the past).
Currently using thyroid daily. When needed, progesterone/DHEA, cyproheptadine, aspirin, b vits, magnesium.
