Any one had experience with heart palpitations and just general adrenaline problems with b vitamins, riboflavin and thiamine specifically? I just can't take them anymore which sucks because I had great benefit with them when I started using them, I can take taurine and niacinamide without any reaction, but I've been having really worrying symptoms with thiamine and riboflavin like shortness of breath, heart palpitations and a general feeling of having to get up (basically panicking) and move.

I've experimented with taking lower doses of both and never did take any crazy doses, the most of riboflavin in one day was 600mg (usually take less than 150mg) most of thiamine was around 600mg also. These episodes I was only taking maybe 150mg of both with 50mg niacinamide. Am I really taking too much? I've seen countless posts on twitter and rpf of people taking multiple grams of all of these substances and more so I've always felt pretty safe taking these amounts.

Anybody experienced similar problems or have any advice to over come this?

Do you take them with food?

@Orindere sorry for the late reply. I really forgot about this place, lol. Yes, I always take with food. I suspect it might be due to a need for magnesium and potassium. I’m still too anxious to take these supps though. Don’t really fell like taking the risk.

@handsome-baby Don't worry because I forget about this place too. I remember hearing people say that when you take substances in general you should take note of the lowest dose in which you feel an effect in case you ever decide to try supplementing again
