Microcrystalline cellulose. Good, Bad, Neutral or Nuanced?

I see a lot of supplements containing microcrystalline cellulose. Is this generally regarded as something to avoid or is its presence in supplements relatively benign?

@AnabolicEnergy avoid yeah. if it's the only thing and you really can't find a pure powder or a better supp, it's not as bad as some other things. I still avoid it
