Peaty way to get rid of Blackheads & Sebaceous Filaments
-
My skin is soft. It doesn't have pimples, its not dry neither too oily. So its in pretty good condition. My only problems left to solve are the Blackheads & Sebaceous Filaments on my nose and sometimes forehead and the areas under my eyes.
How do I get rid of them? Will upping my daily dose of coconut oil (3 tbsp) help?
@Sugar said he will do skincare thread (didn't do it).........

Niacinamide

@thyroidchor27 yep, B vitamins improved my skin greatly, especially B1, 3, and 7.
-
@evan-hinkle Topically or orally?
-
@sam orally. Different doses for different lengths of time until my diet caught up to the concepts Peat offers.
Currently I’m using Georgi’s recent study to resolve a thyroid nodule, (large doses of B vitamins) but my skin is the best it’s been since I was a child. I had acne at 11, and dermatitis at 30, so clear skin for me is a feat.

@thyroidchor27 @evan-hinkle Thanks. Also forgot to say that I used SA cleanser but did nothing really.

Here's what I do: First I wash my face with a very mild fragrance & dye free glycerine soap. Then I dry, then I wipe the residual soap off with some Dickinson's Witch Hazel with a cotton ball. Then I put dabs of hydrogenated coconut oil all over my face and wipe it in with my fingertips. I look a little shiny for maybe an hour but then the coconut oil soaks in.
I realize this may seem a little counter productive to put coconut oil on your face but it really is a great way to take care of your skin.

Anybody knows anything more about this?
I've been doing this routine for just about a month but havent seen improvement yet.
