@lyndeewalker have not tried BPC-157 injectable but am a huge fan of 500mcg oral every day.
-
@donovan Pretty sure you'll need to inject as close to the area to get the specific effect, oral would still have to work via the gastric route which is where bpc is naturally produced anyway so I don't imagine it'd be as significant.

Get yourself a dedicated red and infrared light therapy device to use on the area. My mom had a decades long knee issue that resolved itself after a month of consistent RLT. Also seconding BPC-157 as these two would be synergistic.
-
how come BPC-157 is so controversial and yet lot of people recording great success?
-
@donovan I would try Kuinone. It was phenomenally effective for my torn wrist.
-
-
@Harlock I think the problem is that BPC is really popular at the moment so there is probably fake or underdosed stuff on the market.
-
@donovan I've been using oil with THC and lanolin and coconut oil and it works incredibly well topically.
-
@Ecstatic_Hamster will try, heard good things about lanolin + coconut oil for hair growth before on forum. Thanks.

Maybe this quote from Ray is helpful:
"The balance of the hormones, especially steroids, is the most important factor in hernias or organ prolapse or other connective tissue weakness. Too much cortisol creates a catabolic condition, weakening fascia, ligaments, muscles, etc., and the constructive hormones are pregnenolone, DHEA, testosterone, and vitamin D. Vitamin D, especially when the diet contains an abundance of calcium, lowers the parathyroid hormone, which is catabolic. When the PTH is high (because of high dietary phosphate and/or low calcium and vitamin D), muscles and tendons are weakened." Ray Peat, PhD

I've had an issue with my shoulder, and tiger balm has helped pain and discomfort in the short term, but definitely has not solved anything in the long term.
-
@donovan you need the THC too.
