Anyone know the PUFA content of Pasta ?
-
They only label the "saturated fat" content on food products from the grocery store here but not the PUFA content.
Appreciate if someone know the PUFA content of 100 gram pasta dry weight before cooking. Thanks!

You could subtract the saturated fat from the total fat content, that would tell you how much MUFA + PUFA.
-
@Ray-Peat-Fanboy it's at least 0.5 grams of PUFA a serving or less.

Wheat doesn't really have that much fat but the fatty acids it does have is entirely PUFA. Generally just linoleic acid, not even a-linoleic. So yeah, basically all omega-6.
