I am not sure about scalp fibrosis. Do you have scalp fibrosis? Have you found any recommendations on how to fix it in the Ray Peat community? Maybe ask Georgi Dinkov if he has any good ideas?

Thank you. Do you possibly know why Georgi Dinkov ranked caffeine and K2 mk4 at a 1st place in effectiveness of curing a fatty liver? I understand the mechanism of why caffeine works for that but I wonder why does K2 mk4 cure a fatty liver?

I think 350 gram carbohydrate is a good minimum amount , but more carbohydrate is even better
