Very good ideas ! Its just that I have a aversion towards eating liver. I have eaten liver in the past but it always felt like something I had to "force" myself to do. Theres just something "yucky" about eating animal organs. I am fine with eating muscle meat but eating organs feels difficult.
Oysters would be good though. I am a big fan of seafood.
Potatoes boiled with skin on are pretty high in a variety of vitamins and minerals. Look it up on the cronometer
I supplement with 100 - 300 mg thiamine HCL
I agree with you. Achieving EFA deficiency is a long term process , might take several years
Ive been eating a diet that consists of 2 - 2,5 kilo boiled potatoes and 0,5 l to 1 l of coca cola for 3 weeks
Basically 0,9 gram PUFA to 1,1 gram PUFA for 3 weeks .
You could propably add "methionine restriction " to the list aswell because my methionine intake is lower than 700 mg
Inspired by Kempners rice diet.
What would you say are the health benefits of choosing coffee instead of caffeine pills?
Or perhaps might aswell both drink coffee and take caffeine pills. The way I see it is that caffeine pills might be preferable when higher dosages of caffeine are needed to reverse fatty liver for example (easier to measure caffeine dosage with pills)
Yes , I do believe a high starch diet was very common in how people used to eat in the past.
I see , thats intresting. So have I understood this correct , low fat milk is NOT homogenised while whole 3 % milk is homogenised?
I see. For me I have found that starch gives me the most satiety. I need a high starch diet , otherwise i'll get too hungry.
