@Lovesickhs18 haidut once told me chocolate milk. You'd probably have to make it yourself to avoid gums and crap.

I think Cortinon would be a great product after class. 4 drops of cortinon with a glass of perfect quality chocolate milk.

I was an aikodoist. I used to over-train. We do get to kneel between bursts of martial activity. Always breath with your nose regardless how intense it gets. I don't know how much they will let you take those little breaks between exercises. Maybe just demand them.
Also, we do train breathing (misogi) and practice meditation.
In other words the martial bursts are super yang. It's like a paper on fire.
You will be tearing yourself down if you don't restore (quiet the fire) with yin activity.

Oo, salted chocolate milk sounds even better after class.

of course, this is not your whole nutrition guidelines (as you requested). It's just some immediate hacks close to your training times.

@Regina Any tips for getting in protien? I'm thinking of eating gelatin but I don't know what that is or how to add it.

@Lovesickhs18 I use this gelatin powder when I'm too lazy to make a gelatinous broth.

It's pretty tasteless. I add it to all sorts of things I'm eating and also to my dog's food.
My favorite proteins are milk and cheese, shellfish, lamb and bone-in cuts of meat and local fish.

But post workout, it is nice to get right to glucose+calcium+salt. Then at your leisure get to your meals and fruit.

Magnesium is also very thermogenic. Magnesium oil is better than any dit da jow I have used post training.
