It can save your life. It saved mine. I practice reduced breathing as a lifestyle without thought. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

@raypneat most of the purveyors of Buteyko are so vague about what the method actually is in practice it pisses me off

I think this kind of breathing comes about naturally with increased CO2 and they are trying to mimic that way of breathing but I think it’s downstream of a good metabolism.
