A concentration of 1 cup baking soda, 1/2 cup citric acid, and 1/2 cup epsom salt in a bath at ~90° F. In bath around 15-30 minutes followed by wrapping of clothes around the body to trap CO2 for 15-20 minutes following the bath.

i like dry ice within large bin bag then enter the bin bag naked, the co2 stays inside since its heavier than regular air.

Gets super hot though, feels like its like 40 celsius in there and your body stays feeling hot for like 30 mins after u leave.

I cant report any major benefits, but i never feel anything from basically anything so others might have felt something legit.

@donovan Do you pop a window open? I have a 20 gallon CO2 tank and I wanna fill my bathtub with CO2 but I'm scared of literally dying from breathing too much in so I'm doing the trash bag method in my garage and propping the door open a bit.

@dannyphantom ray peat has a video specifically talking about CO2 in garbage bag. He would pull the garbage bag up to his neck and fill it up. Not sure if it needs to be done in a bathtub, if i recall correctly he did it while watching TV lol.

@eric nope, heard a lot of great stories though. Probably worth it albeit it is very costly.

Isn't Citric acid made with mold unless you get a specific brand? And I've found 2 cups baking soda works fine in a bath though doesn't give you as much of the pink warm skin feeling. Sometimes I'll make co2 with a diffuser and put it on my feet or hands...
