A good hormone-free stack would be vitamin D3, vitamin E, P5P, and shilajit. This is mostly to attenuate prolactin secretion and keep dopamine where it should be. The shilajit will have some favorable effects on testosterone and decreasing serotonin as well, which will help.
Nothing wrong with jacking off. Porn addiction is the issue. It destroys the dopamingeric system in ways we've yet to fully understand. Fortunately this can be fixed with a prolonged porn detox.
